March 2026
March 21 — Crisis Simulation Training Mode
New feature
Run internal training drills without impacting live incidents. Team members can practice the 7-step workflow on a simulated Reddit thread with realistic comments, upvote velocity, and mod activity. Simulations generate full audit trails but don’t connect to monitoring systems or send real notifications.
March 14 — Stripe Billing Integration
New feature
Direct credit card billing for trial conversions and subscription management. No more manual invoicing for new accounts. Billing portal for self-service upgrades, downgrades, and payment method changes. Automatically routes failed payment alerts to workspace admins.
March 7 — Reddit Crisis Scanner
Integration
Native integration with Reddit’s mod tools API for enterprise subreddit owners. Scan a private or restricted subreddit for mentions of your brand across any Reddit community. Built on top of existing monitoring but scoped to subreddit-level searches.
March 1 — Per-Team Role Assignment
Improvement
Assign roles (Editor, Approver, Viewer) at the team level within a brand workspace. Bulk role changes for onboarding new team members. Previous role assignments remain but can now be overridden at team scope for multi-team organizations.
February 28 — Magic Link Authentication
New feature
Passwordless login via email magic links. No password resets, no credential manager friction. Links expire after 10 minutes or one use. Works alongside existing password auth for gradual migration.
February 24 — War Room Templates
Improvement
Save a completed War Room as a template for future incidents. Templates capture assigned roles, approval chains, integration links, and post-mortem structures. New War Rooms can clone from template to skip repetitive setup.
February 15 — Dashboard with Filters
New feature
New dashboard homepage showing all open War Rooms across teams (with brand filtering). Sort by severity, creation date, or last activity. Search by thread title or subreddit. Starred War Rooms pin to the top.
February 7 — Bulk Response Posting
Improvement
Post the same response to multiple subreddit threads in one action. Set posting order, stagger posts by 5-minute intervals to avoid rate limiting. Full audit trail showing which accounts posted to which threads and in what order.

January 2026
January 28 — AI Tone Variants
Improvement
Generate response drafts in multiple Reddit-native tones: Formal, Empathetic, Humorous, Transparent. See all variants side-by-side before approval. Each tone preserves the factual content but shifts voice to match subreddit culture.
January 14 — GDPR Data Export
Fix
Fixed data export to properly include encrypted fields (response drafts, comments, legal notes). Exports now contain the complete unencrypted incident record for users exercising right to data portability. Added validation to ensure all requested data is included before allowing download.
January 1 — War Room Search
Improvement
Cross-incident search across all War Rooms you have access to. Search by thread URL, thread title, subreddit, severity score, or date range. Results show incident timeline and link directly to the War Room.
